JOURNEY INTO EMBODIED PRESENCE, LOVE AND GRATITUDE
A Fall Retreat At Be Love Farm
Nov. 5, 3:00 PM – Nov. 7, 11:00 am
Vacaville, CA
PRESENCE. LOVE. GRATITUDE.
Within contemplative quietude, supported by calm and insight meditation in a mindful, gentle retreat container, we will draw from teachings and practices that enable timelessness and openings into the heart medicine of love and compassion. During our time together, we will practice gentle somatic movements to unwind tension in the body and free the breath rhythm. With well-supported yoga poses, and body-centered meditation, our movement practices will awaken sensations and attune us to the body’s innate wisdom. I will offer techniques to ground the nervous system and create a container of safety and support to allow us to meet all that may arise. The yoga practices will be both dynamic and nourishing for ease and resilience.
Be Love Farm, our home away from home! With doors and hearts wide open, you instantly feel welcomed. The abundance of nature, home cooked meals (sourced from the farm) and a supportive community will aid in the healing and restorative retreat experience. All are welcomed.

RETREATER EXPERIENCES
"When you find someone who loves what they do, and you're granted the opportunity to participate and engage in their craft, that alone is such a gift. And that is precisely what I've had the privilege and honor to experience with Sarah's guidance. I'm not a regular yogi, but my soul and body are very attuned to the healing arts. Sarah's retreats, and I have since attended two this summer, are the embodiment of self care, self reflection and all the healing vibes your mind and body can imagine. If healing indulgence and necessary recharge are ever on your agenda, do yourself the biggest favor and attend a retreat, a class, or all of the above. Your inner and outer self will immensely thank you."

WHAT KIND OF YOGA WILL WE BE PRACTICING?
-
Sarah's teachings pull from a wide tapestry of yoga and healing modalities that she's studied over the past 18 years: Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Satya Yoga, Holistic Massage Therapy, subtle body energy work, and self-inquiry practices. We produce dozens of different foods from Asparagus to Zinfandel. Thus they are jacks of many trades and masters of none. While some of their fruits and veggies end up at their restaurant, Gracias Madre, in the Mission District of San Francisco, their ultimate goal is to have friends come visit, stay a while and experience the earth’s bounty immersed in the beauty and community of Be Love Farm.
ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED?
-
Yes! And snacks at the farm stand are available for purchase.
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?
-
Of course! If you have dietary restrictions or allergies - yes! Because of the remote location, the only diets Be Love cannot accommodate are all raw or kosher.

-
Delicious healthy and nourishing farm-to-table meals and coffee served with fresh farm milk daily.
IS THERE ALCOHOL AVAILABLE?

YOUR RETREAT HOST
Meet Sarah Pascual & Guest Healers

Sarah Pascual
In practicing and teaching yoga, Sarah was introduced to the value of slowing down and creating space to notice thoughts and sensations in a mindful way. This yin style of yoga allowed her to really go deep into relaxation in a way that she had never experienced before. In that depth of rest she has found so much healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. During your time on retreat you will get a good dose of this "depth of rest" she speaks about.
Sarah has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her love and passion for travel and group facilitating has kept her retreat business in full bloom for 10 years. Sarah's warm and welcoming energy allows you to show up exactly how you are. She believes through a daily connection practice one can create flow, authenticity and grace on and off the mat, inevitably pouring out into all aspects of life. Sarah can't wait to be on the farm with you!

Natalie
Intuitive massage therapist
Natalie enjoys drawing from various modalities she has learned from hands-on mentor experience over the last 9 years and her own intuition about what each energetic work a person needs. Her intention is to create an individualized experience that will help each client to feel his or her best. With her fluid motion and comforting style she aims to help her clients heal both physically and emotionally with a well balanced relaxation massage with a variety of techniques including engaged flowing strokes, deep stretches, facial massage and tension release points. She also seeks to create a full sensory experience by bringing in essential oils and uses her own homemade body oils during the massage which is made with organic Jojoba, almond and coconut oil, homegrown lavender, chamomile, and calendula flowers to enhance the skin's healing process.

Lindsay Kraten
Sound Practitioner
Lindsey is a yoga teacher (and practitioner), holistic chef and sound healer. Her journey into self-discovery, self-healing and motherhood has allowed her to fully step into her highest calling as a sound practitioner and healer. She incorporates sound healing into her yoga classes and offers special workshops regularly.
She completed her Music, Voice and Sound Healing certification under the instruction of Silvia Nakkach, as well as various other professional musicians, artists and sound practitioners at the California Institute of Integrative Studies in San Francisco in 2016.
