Service Description

Hatha Yoga This class provides a lovely well-balanced practice. Starting off with a soft and simple Hatha Flow we gently awaken the body, liberate the breath, and release tension. Focusing on restorative poses for profound rest and relaxation, movement in this class is mindful and pleasant. The gentle pace allows time for poses to unfold gracefully and peacefully while offering mild challenges. The restorative yoga poses are passive (mostly lying down) and supported by bolsters, blocks, belts and blankets for a comforting end to each session. Guided meditation, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques such as Yoga Nidra & Satya are also woven into these classes from time-to-time.
