SUMMER SOLSTICE RETREAT AT BE LOVE FARM
With Sarah Pascual &
Guest Sound Healer
Enjoy the longest days of the year with friends and nature!
The Summer Solstice is a time to reflect on your personal growth and the meaning of the season of light and growth. This is the moment of our year when there is the most light available to us. In terms of consciousness, it is when we are the most present to ourselves and who we know ourselves to be — the Sun represents the light of all life and consciousness.
Join us for this very special retreat, as we gather together to celebrate the summer solstice. For three nights and three days, join other sun worshipers at Be Love farm for days filled with Therapeutic Yoga (Hatha Flow and Yin), Meditation, Self-Inquiry Practices, ritual, and down time to lounge by the pool, napping, reading and exploring the farm.

WHY BE LOVE?
“At Be Love, we are developing a model of a diverse food production system, believing variety to be more resilient to world and climate unrest, and more fun. We produce dozens of different foods from Asparagus to Zinfandel.
We consider soil restoration the highest prerogative for humanity. Not only to mitigate climate change but to restore health to people and communities throughout the world.
We have spent many years creating a farm house where others can come and enjoy being close to nature, awakening to the sounds of a farm rather than an alarm, eating food from the land and connecting with us, the farmers."

"When you find someone who loves what they do, and you're granted the opportunity to participate and engage in their craft, that alone is such a gift. And that is precisely what I've had the privilege and honor to experience with Sarah's guidance. I'm not a regular yogi, but my soul and body are very attuned to the healing arts. Sarah's retreats, and I have since attended two this summer, are the embodiment of self care, self reflection and all the healing vibes your mind and body can imagine. If healing indulgence and necessary recharge are ever on your agenda, do yourself the biggest favor and attend a retreat, a class, or all of the above. Your inner and outer self will immensely thank you."

WHAT KIND OF YOGA WILL WE BE PRACTICING?
A blend of Hatha, Satya and Restorative yoga will be woven together along with pranayama, meditation, dharma talk, gentle somatic movements and self-inquiry.
Please do not bring any altering substances to the retreat. Learning to relax inside, without the use of these things, is integral to staying conscious and connected to the internal shifts of healing that happen within the body, mind, and heart.
Nourishment from the soil, for the soul
EXPERIECNE THE EARTH'S BOUNTY
Be Love is developing a model of a diverse food production system, believing variety to be more resilient to world and climate unrest and more fun. We produce dozens of different foods from Asparagus to Zinfandel. Thus they are jacks of many trades and masters of none. While some of their fruits and veggies end up at their restaurant, Gracias Madre, in the Mission District of San Francisco, their ultimate goal is to have friends come visit, stay a while and experience the earth’s bounty immersed in the beauty and community of Be Love Farm.
ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED?
Yes! And snacks at the farm stand are available for purchase.
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Of course! If you have dietary restrictions or allergies - yes! Because of the remote location, the only diets Be Love cannot accommodate are all raw or kosher.
WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Delicious healthy and nourishing farm-to-table meals and coffee served with fresh farm milk daily.

YOUR RETREAT HOST
Meet Sarah Pascual
Integrative Therapeutic Yoga Teacher and Embodiment Coach
In practicing and teaching yoga, Sarah was introduced to the value of slowing down and creating space to notice thoughts and sensations in a mindful way. This yin style of yoga allowed her to really go deep into relaxation in a way that she had never experienced before. In that depth of rest she has found so much healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. During your time on retreat you will get a good dose of this "depth of rest" she speaks about.
Sarah has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her love and passion for travel and group facilitating has kept her retreat business in full bloom for 10 years. Sarah's warm and welcoming energy allows you to show up exactly how you are. She believes through a daily connection practice one can create flow, authenticity and grace on and off the mat, inevitably pouring out into all aspects of life. Sarah can't wait to be on the farm with you!
Lindsey is a yoga teacher (and practitioner), holistic chef and sound healer. Her journey into self-discovery, self-healing and motherhood has allowed her to fully step into her highest calling as a sound practitioner and healer. She incorporates sound healing into her yoga classes and offers special workshops regularly.
She completed her Music, Voice and Sound Healing certification under the instruction of Silvia Nakkach, as well as various other professional musicians, artists and sound practitioners at the California Institute of Integrative Studies in San Francisco in 2016.
