HATHA FLOW

When we practice yoga with an intention to cultivate self-awareness, we can expand our capacity to focus our attention, and truly embark upon a meditation in motion. In Hatha Flow, we will move at a slower pace, with opportunity to pause and closely observe one's breath, alignment and personal experience in each posture. This gives us a greater overall sense of awareness and connection to our bodies and inner being. This class gracefully weaves together subtle body practices & therapeutic floor work to renew the nervous system and focus the mind to prepare us for the more physically demanding portion of class. We will transition to a breath infused alignment focus and a mindful standing series, which are both rigorous yet slow. Each class ends with as we began - in a state of calm and inner balance with restorative yoga and a deep savasana. We leave our practice with a refreshed physical, mental, and energetic state.

Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:00AM @ Yogabeach SF

RISE & SHINE ENERGIZING FLOW

An energizing morning practice can be a wonderful ritual of self-care. The perfect antidote to mindfully awaken your senses, center your mind, and enliven your body. Each class begins with an intentional pause to arrive into the new day. We combine deep breaths, intelligent sequencing, and mindful movements to naturally increase our energy levels. Rise and Shine is designed to calmly wake, open, and activate the body so we walk away feeling grounded, invigorated and inspired throughout our days.

Tuesday and Thursday night 6:15-7:25PM @ YogaWorks SF

HATHA YOGA LEVEL 1

Hatha yoga uses set poses to rinse out the body and build the physical strength and endurance required to spend long periods of time in meditation. Once the Hatha yoga practice is complete, the ideal mind-body harmony has been created to facilitate deep, relaxing meditation. This is an accommodating practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork, both at a manageable pace. This dynamic allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, to make the practice accessible to yogis of all levels, especially beginners.

Sunday night 6:00-7:15PM @ YogaWorks SF

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen the experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. Give yourself an evening of unraveling bliss to end your weekend and start the week ahead.
