As a 15-year yoga facilitator, Bay Area native and ocean lover, my holistic practice springs out of my love for nature and supporting other women. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned student, you will find an empowering, nurturing and therapeutic space. Through a multilayered approach of yoga and mindfulness, together we will awaken and heighten your sensory awareness, balance your nervous system, and strengthen your body. My holistic approach honors the health of all body systems including physical, energetic, psychological and emotional to nurture a safe, welcoming environment for healing and transformation.
