Down by the beach in the Outer Sunset District of San Francisco, I call home. It has a small town feel that I’ve always loved since moving here 11 years ago. My husband and I, along with our pup Lola and two kitties Oso and Sierra, together we’ve created a home and lifestyle that we love and thrive in. We are both entrepreneurs pursuing our dreams, with a brick and mortar indoor plant shop (Partners Plant Shop) and a growing yoga business, life right now is anything but boring. When we’re not “adulting” you can find us cruising the coast looking for the next wave to surf or hiking along the coastal trails with Lola dog.  




More than just a “job”, it’s my service to our community and our collective energy. 


It sounds wild when I say I’ve been teaching for 13 years. I started self-study and Yoga fairly young. Finding yoga at the age of 16 and by 18 starting a committed disciplined practice. At 21, I began teaching yoga and never looked back. Fast Forward to now, I can honestly say that my life's an extension of my yoga. It’s a daily practice of filling myself up so I can ultimately give back to my students and community while living a life that inspires me daily. 


In my teachings, I pull from a wide tapestry of Yoga and healing modalities that I’ve studied over the past 17 years. These range from Hatha Yoga, Restorative and Yin, Subtle body practices, Satya, Holistic Massage Therapy and Self-Inquiry practices. I gracefully and methodically weave these teachings together with deliberate attention to alignment and breath. Together, my style of teaching guides you towards a more conscious connection to your body, heart and spirit. I hope that these tools and disciplines pour out into your daily life -  giving you more authenticity, grace and ease on and off the Yoga mat.

Whether you practice with me in the Yoga studio, on the beach in Mexico, or on a coastal trail head, I will inspire you, I will challenge you, I will encourage you to dig deeper, I will ask you to have a kind attention with a wide open lens to investigate the inner landscapes of your being. Yes, you will learn yoga postures, you will even get sweaty and stronger, but those are just a speck of the bountiful benefits of Yoga you’ll experience. 


I offer public yoga classes, private yoga, workshops and international yoga wellness retreats. With a warm invitation I welcome all levels, ages and body types into my classes. I believe this practice is accessible for everyone and anyone ready and willing to receive and explore! I see you and I am here for you!
