Down by the beach in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood is where I call home. It has a small town feel that I’ve always loved since moving here 11 years ago. My husband and I, along with our pup Lola and two kitties Oso and Sierra, have created a home and lifestyle that we thrive in. As two entrepreneurs pursuing our dreams (a longtime yoga business and new brick and mortar retail store, Partners Plant Shop), our days are anything but boring. More than just a “job”, it’s my service to our community and our collective energy. 


It sounds wild to say I’ve been teaching for 13 years, because it still brings me as much joy as the day I started. I was 16 years old when I walked into my first yoga class and committed to a disciplined self-study practice two years later.  By age 21, I began teaching my own classes and never looked back. Fast Forward to now and I can honestly say my whole life is an extension of my yoga. It’s a daily practice of self nourishment that fills me up so I can ultimately give back to my community and show up in life the best I can. 


My teachings pull from a wide tapestry of yoga and healing modalities that I’ve studied over the past 17 years: Hatha, Restorative and Yin, Satya, Holistic Massage Therapy, subtle energy body work, and self-inquiry practices. I gracefully and methodically weave these teachings together with deliberate attention to alignment and breath, guiding you towards a more conscious connection to your body, heart and spirit. These tools and disciplines create authenticity, grace and ease on and off the yoga mat, inevitably pouring out into every part of life.

Whether you practice with me in the  studio, on the beach, on a coastal trailhead, or at an international retreat destination, I will inspire you, challenge you, encourage you to dig deeper, and ask you to bring a wide open lens and kind attention to the inner landscape of your being. Yes, you will learn yoga postures. You will even get sweaty and build strength. Yet those are just a speck of the bountiful benefits you’ll experience from yoga.


I offer public yoga classes, private one-on-one yoga sessions, local workshops and international yoga wellness retreats. With a warm invitation, I welcome all levels, ages, and body types into my teaching. This practice is accessible for all who are ready  to receive and explore. I see you and I am here for you!
