FALLING
INWARD
An Autumn Retreat
With Sarah Pascual
November 20-23, 2025
Mendocino, CA
Embodied Rest, Ritual, and Replenishment
As the leaves turn and the season draws us inward, you’re invited to step into a weekend of deep rest and soulful tending.
Nestled in the quiet beauty of Whispertree in Mendocino, this retreat offers a sacred pause—an invitation to slow down, soften the edges, and return to the wisdom of your body.
Each day will unfold with a gentle rhythm of Hatha, somatic, and restorative yoga, thoughtfully sequenced to ground, open, and replenish. Through guided self-inquiry practices, we’ll listen inward and reconnect to what nourishes us most.
Surrounded by vast nature—towering trees, open skies, and coastal stillness—there will be space to wander, to soak in the outdoor hot tub, to breathe deeply again. Nourishment will come not only from practice, but also from fresh, organic, locally-sourced meals prepared daily with love.
Together in community, yet with space for solitude, we’ll rest, reflect, and realign before the rush of the holiday season. Let this retreat be your permission to pause—and a gentle return home to yourself.
