A space to let go, time to slow down, encouragement to TURN IN.
Please join Sarah & Stacie for a very special weekend retreat dedicated to CARE FOR THE SOUL. A day to feed your soul with the key ingredients it needs to thrive; space to let go, time to slow down, encouragement to TURN IN. You will be guided through a combination of healing art modalities such as breath work, meditation, yoga asana, somatic movement and self-inquiry practices to nourish your soul from deep within.

All rooms have floor mirrors, and entrances from the front courtyard, where hammocks hang and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the gardens with all the birds. The views from the windows allow you to enjoy the beauty of the farm. There are 3.5 bathrooms that are shared in the farmhouse.
QUEEN ROOM W/ BATH
Be Love's queen rooms give you a birds eye view of the farm. They are cozy and comfortable and also have private bathrooms, and air conditioning for the warmer summer months. There is a shared coffee bar area as well as a living room to enjoy.
FARM ROOM KING
Be Love's King room is large and welcoming with plenty of windows and views of the farm. There are 3.5 bathrooms in the farmhouse that are shared. The King room is a corner room and next to one of the half baths on their courtyard.
A beautiful canvas tent under an awning built with cypress trees on a hardwood platform with covered porch under a lit live oak tree. One queen bed and floor cushions for 2 children if needed.
Be Love's tiny house set in nature and has two queen beds (one is a loft bed). It is beautifully crafted and cozy. An outdoor fire pit welcomes you to star watch in the evenings before snuggling in for the night. Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor bath house and sauna.
"When you find someone who loves what they do, and you're granted the opportunity to participate and engage in their craft, that alone is such a gift. And that is precisely what I've had the privilege and honor to experience with Sarah's guidance. I'm not a regular yogi, but my soul and body are very attuned to the healing arts. Sarah's retreats, and I have since attended two this summer, are the embodiment of self care, self reflection and all the healing vibes your mind and body can imagine. If healing indulgence and necessary recharge are ever on your agenda, do yourself the biggest favor and attend a retreat, a class, or all of the above. Your inner and outer self will immensely thank you."

WHAT KIND OF YOGA WILL WE BE PRACTICING?
A blend of Hatha, Satya and Restorative yoga will be woven together along with pranayama, meditation, dharma talk, gentle somatic movements and self-inquiry.
Please do not bring any altering substances to the retreat. Learning to relax inside, without the use of these things, is integral to staying conscious and connected to the internal shifts of healing that happen within the body, mind, and heart.
Nourishment from the soil, for the soul
EXPERIECNE THE EARTH'S BOUNTY
Be Love is developing a model of a diverse food production system, believing variety to be more resilient to world and climate unrest and more fun. We produce dozens of different foods from Asparagus to Zinfandel. Thus they are jacks of many trades and masters of none. While some of their fruits and veggies end up at their restaurant, Gracias Madre, in the Mission District of San Francisco, their ultimate goal is to have friends come visit, stay a while and experience the earth’s bounty immersed in the beauty and community of Be Love Farm.
ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED?
Yes! And snacks at the farm stand are available for purchase.
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Of course! If you have dietary restrictions or allergies - yes! Because of the remote location, the only diets Be Love cannot accommodate are all raw or kosher.
WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Delicious healthy and nourishing farm-to-table meals and coffee served with fresh farm milk daily.

MFT & Yoga Teacher
Teacher, Psychotherapist and Fellow Seeker, Stacie has been teaching Yoga since 2005. She began to integrate the Eastern practices of Yoga with a Western perspective of Psychology during her graduate studies at CIIS in 2006. She found these two modalities of Self transformation to be highly complimentary and a potent combination for heart healing and spiritual growth.
