Please join us for a very special weekend retreat dedicated to CARE FOR THE SOUL.
A weekend to feed your soul with the key ingredients it needs to thrive; space to let go, time to slow down, encouragement to TURN IN.
Together we will guide you through a combination of healing art modalities such as breath work, meditation, yoga asana, somatic movement and self-inquiry practices to nourish your soul from deep within.
CARE FOR THE SOUL RETREAT; an opportunity to gather in community and ritual, intentionally expanding the soul's field of possibilities.
Sarah and Stacie have co-facilitated multiple workshops & retreats over the past decade, seamlessly interweaving their unique, yet highly complementary styles, to provide an expansive and nourishing container for personal growth and healing.Â

Rate per-person and includes: 3 night accommodations, use of all facilities, workshops/classes with Stacie and Sarah, all gourmet vegetarian meals featuring farm to table organic ingredients, and peaceful spaciousness to support your journey. Our queen farmhouse rooms are cozy and comfortable. All rooms have floor mirrors, and entrances from the front courtyard, where hammocks hang and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the gardens with all the birds. 3.5 shared bath.
