Join us for this very special retreat, as we gather together to establish our intentions for the New Year. During this retreat, we will explore a deep dive into how to truly embody what matters most. Oftentimes we feel inspired to manifest a particular vision for our lives, but struggle to make that vision a lived reality in our day to day.
We will guide you through a combination of healing art modalities such as breathwork, mediation, yoga asana, somatic movement and self-inquiry practices to discover your heartfelt intentions.
Sarah and Stacie have co-facilitated multiple workshops over the past decade, seamlessly interweaving their unique, yet highly complementary styles, to provide an expansive and nourishing container for personal growth and healing.
You will leave this retreat deeply nourished and profoundly inspired, with tools to integrate your embodied intention into your life.

Our queen farmhouse rooms are cozy and comfortable. All rooms have floor mirrors, and entrances from the front courtyard, where hammocks hang and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the gardens with all the birds. 3.5 shared bath.

Our King room large and welcoming with plenty of windows and views of the farm. There are 3.5 bathrooms in the farmhouse that are shared. The King room is a corner room and next to one of the half baths on our courtyard.
