What to expect?
A spacious evening practice intentionally crafted to support healing, reflection, restoration and community connection. We will weave together a short guided writing practice, open sharing, along with movement and breath, topped off with a long meditative savasana.
You're invited to warm your feet by the fire of community and through the warmth of your own heart.
