About the Event
Sarah and Lindsey are excited and honored to be gathering on retreat together again, this time at Mendocino Grove on the beautiful coast of Northern California. Mendocino Grove is a stunning glamping resort located right where Big River meets the sea. With its modern rustic accommodations and amenities situated in the middle of a redwood forest, it is the perfect place for us to all come together for deep rest & deep breaths, time for grounding into nature, community/family connection, delicious and nourishing meals and stories (and s’mores) around the fire.
Sarah will be guiding us through nourishing, gentle and restorative yoga & journaling practices throughout the weekend. Lindsey will be holding space with sound healing using an array of unique instruments including crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, gong, shruti box & vocals, percussive instruments and more.
We look forward to you joining us on an incredible adventure, both inwards and out. You truly have to see and experience the magic of Mendocino Grove to believe it!
