IMAGINE A WOMAN:
A WEEKEND OF GATHERING IN SISTERHOOD
At Be Love Farm
SEP. 29, 3:00 PM – OCT. 2, 11:00 am
Vacaville, CA
“Imagine a woman in love with her own body. A woman who believes her body is enough, just as it is. Who celebrates her body’s rhythms and cycles as an exquisite resource.”
Sarah and Lindsey are excited and honored to be gathering on retreat at Be Love Farm once again. It's the perfect time to connect before the pages turn to a new chapter for Sarah and the arrival of her baby in winter. We feel it is a particularly special experience when a group of mothers, aunts, sisters & friends come together to celebrate sisterhood, to hold healing space for one another and to take time to rest and nourish our miraculous soul vehicles.
"Imagine a Woman" is an intentional weekend retreat where we will have space to explore our emotional, energetic, mental & spiritual bodies. Sarah will be guiding us through restorative and nourishing yoga & journaling practices. Lindsey will be sharing her sound healing with an array of unique instruments, as well as guiding a sacred cacao and movement ceremony. There will also be plenty of downtime to enjoy the beautiful farm, salt water swimming pool, sauna, wood fired hot tub, and of course, the delicious and nourishing organic farm meals.

FARM LIVING
Visit, rest & relax at Be Love's paradise in rural Vacaville

FARM ROOM QUEEN
Be Love's queen farmhouse rooms are cozy and comfortable. All rooms have floor mirrors, and entrances from the front courtyard, where hammocks hang and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the gardens with all the birds. The views from the windows allow you to enjoy the beauty of the farm. There are 3.5 bathrooms that are shared in the farmhouse.

QUEEN ROOM W/ BATH
Be Love's queen rooms give you a birds eye view of the farm. They are cozy and comfortable and also have private bathrooms, and air conditioning for the warmer summer months. There is a shared coffee bar area as well as a living room to enjoy.

FARM ROOM KING
Be Love's King room is large and welcoming with plenty of windows and views of the farm. There are 3.5 bathrooms in the farmhouse that are shared. The King room is a corner room and next to one of the half baths on their courtyard.

BELL TENT
Our bell tents are a great way to immerse yourself in nature, while enjoying the rustic and luxurious amenities of the farm. Each bell tent comes with two sleeping cots and organic cotton down comforters. It is definitely a true camping experience, minus the super comfortable bed. It’s possible to hear the coyotes howling, the field mice scampering around, and the barn owls hooting!

TINY HOUSE
Be Love's tiny house set in nature and has two queen beds (one is a loft bed). It is beautifully crafted and cozy. An outdoor fire pit welcomes you to star watch in the evenings before snuggling in for the night. Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor bath house and sauna.
RETREATER EXPERIENCES
"When you find someone who loves what they do, and you're granted the opportunity to participate and engage in their craft, that alone is such a gift. And that is precisely what I've had the privilege and honor to experience with Sarah's guidance. I'm not a regular yogi, but my soul and body are very attuned to the healing arts. Sarah's retreats, and I have since attended two this summer, are the embodiment of self care, self reflection and all the healing vibes your mind and body can imagine. If healing indulgence and necessary recharge are ever on your agenda, do yourself the biggest favor and attend a retreat, a class, or all of the above. Your inner and outer self will immensely thank you."

WHAT KIND OF YOGA WILL WE BE PRACTICING?
-
Sarah's teachings pull from a wide tapestry of yoga and healing modalities that she's studied over the past 18 years: Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Satya Yoga, Holistic Massage Therapy, subtle body energy work, and self-inquiry practices. Sarah gracefully and methodically weaves these teachings together with deliberate attention to alignment and breath, guiding you towards a more conscious connection to your body, heart and spirit.

YOUR RETREAT HOST
Meet Sarah Pascual & Lindsey Kraten & Guest Healers

Sarah Pascual
In practicing and teaching yoga, Sarah was introduced to the value of slowing down and creating space to notice thoughts and sensations in a mindful way. This yin style of yoga allowed her to really go deep into relaxation in a way that she had never experienced before. In that depth of rest she has found so much healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. During your time on retreat you will get a good dose of this "depth of rest" she speaks about.
Sarah has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her love and passion for travel and group facilitating has kept her retreat business in full bloom for 10 years. Sarah's warm and welcoming energy allows you to show up exactly how you are. She believes through a daily connection practice one can create flow, authenticity and grace on and off the mat, inevitably pouring out into all aspects of life. Sarah can't wait to be on the farm with you!
